Exhibitor Move-in Period

Saturday, 23March 2024 09:30 – 18:30 — Contractor Only Move-in/Build-up (Raw Space Stands Only)

Sunday, 24 March 2024 09:30 – 21:30 — Exhibitor & Contractor Move-in/Build-up Exhibitors with shell scheme provided by Milton may enter for build-upduring this time.

*Main construction work must be finished by 12:00 on Sunday, 24 March 2024. All booth setup must be completed on Sunday, 24 March 2024.

Exhibition & Conference Dates & Times

Monday, 25 March 2024 09:00 – 17:00

Tuesday, 26 March 2024 09:30 – 16:00

*Exhibitors have early access to the hall half (0.5) hour earlier on show days (08:30 on Monday and 09:00 on Tuesday.

Contractor & Exhibitor Move-out

Tuesday, 26 March 2024 16:00 – 20:30

*All exhibitors must clear their exhibit space by 20:30 pm on 26 March 2024. Contractor and Forwarder access for stand break-down & dismantling of electrical installations & removal of heavy exhibits. The organizer cannot be held responsible for any items left unattended after this time.
